Law Experience
Michael J. Vogler is licensed to practice law in California, Washington State and in all Federal Courts in California, including the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
As a former military Judge Advocate, Mr. Vogler is also a member of the United States Army Court of Criminal Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
His practice includes family law, divorce, child custody, domestic violence prevention, parental rights, immigration, guardianship, estate planning, civil litigation and matters involving international child abduction.
Mr. Vogler has represented active-duty military service members in state and federal courts and is an active member of the National Guard Association of the United States.

With nearly 20 years in practice, Ana Clara Alves Vogler is an experienced international attorney licensed to practice law in California and Brazil.
She is an active member of the State Bar of California and the Brazil Bar, Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – RS, and practices international family law, tax law, business law, contracts law and immigration law related to family matters.
Ana Clara also assists Brazilian clients with estate planning, premarital agreements, business organization and cross-border legal matters involving the United States and Brazil.
She has significant Brazilian tax and business appellate experience and has argued cases before the Supreme Court of Brazil.
